This is the best Fire Emblem fanfiction I've read so far.

Hmm~ I don't really know what to feel about this story. It touched me on some level, and I rather enjoyed Robin's characterization. Hell, I don't really get to read a lot of fics where Grima is given more character than just some crazy bad guy. This story was good. I enjoyed reading it. However, I dunno, it also doesn't leave a big impact on me either. Like, it was good, but not something I would remember for a long while. It feels like it would be a good companion fic or a part of something bigger, not a standalone fic. Perhaps I should check your profile and see more of your Grima and Robin works. The world lacks in that department I feel. If I had to rate this, I think it would be a 6.5-7/10. Above average but also not particularly outstanding. I'm not sure what constructive criticism I can give. I just feel like this is incomplete somehow, like more can be said or something. I understand that Robin is slowly assimilating his memories of Grima but it feels like for all the build up of who or what he and Grima is, the later chapters feel rushed? I wouldn't call it "fell flat" but perhaps a level or two before that? I mean, the earlier chapters were great. I wanted to know more about Robin and Grima. Hell, that bit about Robin almost dying remembering Grima's life was beautiful. I felt his pain and confusion clearly. But after that, I felt like it just ended. I was caught off guard. I'd thought there would be more of a resolution? Either way, thank you for writing this and I hope you continue to enjoy writing. Have a good day!

I enjoyed this work and I now have a new head-canon as to who Robin is/was. Before I get to the few issues I do have I want to assure you the story itself was enjoyable to read.

It clashes however with the idea that Robin was supposed to be the product of generations worth of eugenics and that his Mother took him away. In fact in chapter 3 you use that very same idea. There's just no real explanation as to how Grima was "reborn"/unsealed as Robin.

One other issue I have is that you never explicitly gave a reason why Naga betrayed Grima and imposed on him the title and concept of "Fell Dragon". You skirt around the issue. Naga was his friend in this story and I don't see Naga as being willing to cause such harm to a friend.

A small third one I have is that the story itself feels a little disjointed. I'm sure it's just the nature of how you decided to tell it. I guess that what I'm saying is that if you wrote more I would have liked it all even better.

I'm sorry that much of this review seems negative but I don't mean it in any way to put you down. I want you to write more! I want these ideas fleshed out! I liked the ideas you introduced. Good work!

I loved the way this chapter opened and was wondering if I could expand upon the whole Robin is afraid of dragonflys in a fan fic of my own? I wouldn't use any of the content from your story and would make sure to credit you with the original idea if that would be alright. If not that's fine too!

One would think that Robin would be more scared of centipedes than dragonflies. After all, there is a reason why I call Grima a dragon-centipede...

When I played the demo of the game, my first thoughts(not those about the amazing graphics) were about the tattoo on Robin's hand and how suspicious it looked. XD

One of the earliest story about Robin, and it still stand as one of the greatest until today. You have gone beyond borders with Robin/Grima - a thing that made this story above the rest. Truly a deep story, I say.
