This story was a good read and meaningful.

The current ninja era may look bad now, but it was worse during the Warring Clans era, and even worse before the Sage of the Six Paths.

Hashirama and Madara had it rough back then, they lost some of the brothers, and had to witness their fathers and brothers trying to kill each other.

This is beautifully, simply written. Very to-the-point, without seeming inadequate. You ended it marvelously, as well, and makes the reader think. Well, it struck a chord in me, anyway.
There are a few spelling errors, however they are minimal enough to not detract from what you have written.
