I’m back here once again, still super sad the story wasn’t continued.
I spent several minutes looking for this fix just to read it again, it’s been almost 4 years since I’ve read it the first time, and it’s still one of the best twd fics on here.

I am utterly amazed at just how great your writting is. This is just the first chapter, and I got a lot to read, but I'm already so into your story and I absolutely love Olive, her backstory, how cunniving, badass and fucking smart she is, every-fucking-thing, I swear. I am super excited to read the rest of this story, because it sure as hell sounds awesome and promising. Great, better yet, amazing job on creating this, I'm super into it.

This was really a brilliant read so far. Excellent character building of Olive, and the way you slowly mix in the original characters is really very smooth. And addicting: I can't wait to read the next encounter.

Though the flashbacks to the beginning of the outbreak and how Olive gets involved with the Woodbury lot is definitely necessary for character building and, of course, the slow revelation of what exactly happened to Olive, I have to be honest and don't enjoy them as much as the 'present day' chapters. Still, they are good reads.

Anon Guest again. I've loved this story from the very first. I don't mind that it's taking time to flesh Olive and her background out. It adds so much to the story. I think it'd be selling your story short if you weren't to continue with the flashback / Woodbury founding storyline. This is your story, please tell it the way you intended. Just wanted to drop you a little review to say I absolutely love this story and I enjoy thr Woodbury chapters as well as the the group/olive chapters keep up the wonderful work and update when you get a chance! :)

Despite the Woodbury chapters, this is still one of the best TWD fanfics and certainly one of the best fanfics involving Daryl and an OC. The 'flashback' chapters do seem a bit out of place, it might be less confusing for us readers if their put in a fanfic on their own.

I've really enjoyed your story! I look forward to every update. In all honesty I don't enjoy the Woodbury updates as much as the "present time" ones. I really see the Woodbury updates as more of a flash back, and a guide to how olive became who she is now. But you've already gone over so much of her struggle that I can already see how she's become this new badass baby carrying you are the author and I love this story, and respect your writing style. I am all for letting the story progress as it needs too. So many stories on here aren't realistic and jump into a relationship way too fast. You decide how this goes, don't let your readers bully you! Because we'll all keep reading, you've just got us hooked we can't wait for the progression of the plot. Keep it up girl!
