I was lisining to my music whist reading fanfichion and of course the saddest song in my playlist decides to play while I read thos so now im crying my eyes out

The terrible, terrible pain and irony at Gwen whispering "Thank you" to Merlin. *clutches at chest* Lovely, so lovely. I'd like to imagine this is what happened after Arthur was sent to Avalon. Gwen and Merlin's friendship is soso strong and I'm so happy that it is in this fic.

What a heart-wrenching story. It made a definite impression on me. I might argue with you that Arthur was Gwen's more than Merlin's, but you made up for it with Gwen at the end saying it was right for Merlin to have been with Arthur when he died. Thanks so much for writing this.

I usually avoid reading post 5x13 fics because they break my heart but this was so beautifully written and very realistic, the way you described Merlin's grief and Gwen's characterization was amazing. Great job!
