Thank You for this brilliant piece of writing. I don't think I've ever read anything quite so moving or something that so accurately describes the Doctor. It is truly wonderful, and as a fan, I can definitely say that this expresses my own sentiments perfectly. As for which Doctor I picture receiving this, I think it would have to be Ten just after the Waters of Mars.

That said, there are a lot of grammatical errors. I wonder if you would allow me to make this absolutely perfect by fixing them?

I could see eleven as the Doctor they- we- were talking to and boy, did he ever need that after TATM. Sometimes I just want to pop into the screen and tell him that, and thank you cause this sums it all up. It would be funny to see the Doctor's reaction to the letter though. (Hint hint.) ;)

Ok. I don't even know where to begin on the perfection of this. It ended up making me cry because of it. Really, this was amazing and you are brilliant. Thank you for writing this.

First up, I was listening to the song If You Ever Did Believe by Stevie Nicks and it mostly goes along with the letter pretty well.
Next point: this was so damn beautiful. I almost cried, and that rarely happens to me! This expresses the amazingness of the show and how it affects Whovians. I can hardly look at a rose now without it stirring up some emotions. :3
Final point: I think that the Ninth Doctor would be the first to get the letter, but Ten and Eleven would definately also reread it when they feel upset. 3
