Gosh, that was lovely. The absolute and only criticism I have is that it is confusing when you said that he looped his arm around his knee because it was not previously specified what position he was in.

I liked it. it was like a subtle build-up of a growing friendship between an outcast and a killer,and the end is alittle cheesey,but it fits.

You write Luna's thoughts like actual thoughts and that's good because people often can't quite get thoughts to feel like the going-ons in one's head. This is better.
There was never an explanation as to how or why Itachi ended up at Hogwarts, but it doesn't really feel all that important. He never was one for giving open explanations anyway. This feels right for him.
Thanks for including Draco. You know, just for variety's sake.

All in all, very nice. All the little pieces fit together, too.
