Wow, this is a total gem! Django Unchained became (of course) one of my favorite and must re-watchable films ever. Naturally, I went searching for some fan works— and I must say that I feel very lucky to have found yours. I LOVED this, from the interactions of these two men, to the little touches of introspection as well as your neat writing style. You deserve all of these comments you have, and much more.

As of myself, I'll definitely, definitely, definitely and absolutely want to read much more. King and Django are a delight together, and I pray for a meeting on this harsh situation. I'm already saying "Thank you" for this great piece. Keep up with the good work! :-)

Love your writing style and the imagery is superb - graphic yet not over-done or too flowery. The scene where King is snared caused me to grab my own ankle! Great stuff... You have also kept true to the charcter and dialogue of King Shultz. This was a very enjoyable little read that fits very believably in the Django storyline. Thanks for sharing. Can't wait until the next segment is posted!

This is an amazing story! As I read, there was an ease in imagining Schultz and Django. I think you've captured them wonderfully, voices and thought processes and all. I'm also very intrigued by this particular setting: a harsh winter, a hunting trip gone bad, Schultz in danger... I would love to see what continues. I'm sure Django will find Schultz, after all :)

And as a side note, I'm extremely glad that you made this Gen. Not to be discriminatory, it's just that hardly anyone writes Gen for them, and I'm fond of seeing them as father & son, so that's why I enjoy stories like yours. You take note of Django deep admiration for Schultz, and Schultz's own fondness for Django ("my dear Django" :3). It's all very endearing!

I hope you write plenty more for this fandom as well! Please! :D

Now My ignorance is talking cuz I don't know anything about it but I love this chapter! Again your descriptios! Your words! Your perfect words! I love this first chapter! I love it! It's so real style as well. You always get to adapt to every enviroment, character, situation to describe them as perfect as possible and make the story something unique. You describing an American enviroment is weird, but a good "weird" because it's done to you, girl. Your bright style talk by itself.

And I am excited with the end of the chapter! Anguish, anguish, pain, trap, cold! I am so excited with this story! Poor guy, I would not like to be in his skin. But I love to read it. Does this make me cruel? Maybe yes I'm afraid.
Maybe my opinion doesn't count because I don't know how you always make me love each story you write (It's something I can't help) but I would love to read more of this story. I hope people feel the same!
