You have Vader mentioning holding Luke in his arms after birth.

Multiple scenarios were possibly imagined before the prequels came out by the fans. Like why would Vader leave his son?

What happened to Luke and Leia's mother?

Did Vader even love her?

I have mixed feelings about this story. It is well written and a good plot twist from the original but it doesn't quite pull me in all the way as it seems to continually promise to. I like it tho.

I was looking forward to seeing when you wrote this. I know it's been sixteen years and obviously you don't reply to reviews anymore but I have to say it. The whole time I was thinking that maybe you wrote this before episode I came out. Obviously you didn't, but still I could see the influence of not having seen episode II or III yet. It's weird. I'm much younger than you obviously so for me the prequels are obvious, but it's weird to think of a time they weren't/

on a other note can i maybe steal this AU idea? The idea of luke having been raised by vader for some time and palpatine being Vader's dad? It's interesting.
