I really like the story.
One thing though, Tim had only had the diaper rash cream on once and there is no way it would work in that short amount of time. It would have started working in the next day or so, so I really don’t think it was necessary to put Tim through Ducky examining him.

Ch. 21 cute story so far.
I was thinking as I was reading this how Gibbs was when he went to the office building when Tony contracted plague. He put a gun to the scientists head, he was very hands on withthat case and he was past rational anger. He was at the point of I have nothing left to lose angry. When he found out Tony was no longer in danger did he just go to angry mode.
When Zach's father was taken and Zach called NCIS, and when he stayed at Gibb's house Gibb's was very teritorial about him. Abby was very much the same way with Zach. It would stand to reason that both would be this way with Tim. I do like Ziva's maternal side that is coming out.
Tim thinks like a 30 plus year old but in a toddler's body. I can understand that concept. So then why is Tim acting less like an agent that was used as a science experiment? Instead he is acting like a foundling who is happy Gibbs found him and decided to keep him to be raised by the team? This is not consistant with the author's concept of the story?

This story is very similar to the one where Tony was forced to swallow a pill that also made him become a year old with the mind of an agent.

Surprise how the author wrote about Tim and Abby relationship. Tim was closest to Abby on the show. He truly loved Abby first. The friendships and trust with the rest of the team came over time, but in the beginning and up to now it was Abby first and last!

While the story was unique and adorable, your portrayal of Abby ruined parts of it. I'm not sure if we are watching the same show, because while Abby is certainly childish at times, she is also most certainly loving and compassionate and the affection between her and McGee is clear. His reaction to her and her overall behavior just did not make sense. Sorry.
