Love it! Love that Dom wrote lots of letters , week after week and didn't just give up! Yay!

Love Dom's apology. At first it sounded like it was all about what he wanted and what he needed. But then he talks about being honest with her that he screwed up so that she would know that He Knew He'd screwed up! Awesome! I'm glad she made him wait...

This one was great! Nice to see Dom man-up and nice to know that Letty was going to leave him if he didn't. But SOOO glad they ended up together!

Why does Letty think that she "wouldn't change a thing"?! Her thoughts make it clear that she DOES wish that he hadn't been all over the skanks and that he hurt her a lot. Of course she would want to change some of that part. It doesn't have to be all or nothing, take it or leave it!

I think what you meant to say was that despite he bad parts, that being with Dom was ultimately worth it after everything (after he changed and showed her he loved her).

I love this chapter (9) but it confuses me.

I was going to say:

FINALLY! Story where Dom seems properly thankful to have Letty back! Where he finally gets that it is HIS turn to be patient and wait for her , instead of all the times where she had to wait for (or go find) him. That he is going to wait until she's ready, whether she get set memory back or not. Fabulous!

But then near the end suddenly SHE is saying that she walked away and never told Dom she was alive?! I am confused as to what the backstory is. In the movies she didn't have her memory after being injured while trying to get Dom back after he left her. And even though Dom saves her , she still doesn't quite have her memory back and it would (understandably) take time for Dom and Letty to reconnect or rebuild a new relationship.

Why would she be sorry for "walking away"? Letty never walked away from Dom in the movies! She got hurt trying to get him back! when she apologizes to him it sounds like she HAD her memory and chose not to tell him she was alive. Confusing!

It would make more sense to me to have Letty frustrated that she doesn't remember anyone (including the man who risked his life to save her) and sad/alone because she doesn't have anyone. And for Dom to be loving and patient because he remembers his Letty and because he realizes that a) most of this is his fault (leaving her and not treating her right the first time) and b) that Dom has finally realized (after living with Letty was "dead") that she is the Only one for him.

So, does she have her full memory back and chose not to tell Dom she was alive? If so, how did their reunion go?!

Wow! Such raw emotions! I love how you show how destructive they are/were for each other!

Hope you do a follow up to THIS chapter!

Letty says "Don't get me wrong, Dom's good side completely outweighed the bad. He did more good for me than he did bad. "

I think you need to give us some examples because this is a litany of him hurting her and there's not a lot of "good" things Dom ever did for her (not in the movies either). It doesn't ring true when she writes this!
