Holy cow, when I review something that has been published earlier than I started reading I normally only review the last chapter to speed my reading and because I see no point. But man, this time this one demanded a first chapter review. I love how the lips sewn shut myth is incorporated, and when it is revealed Loki is dead I mentally cried out in heartbreak. And that last line is heartbreaking, because he's actually been a king, while Thor has not. And I thought it was a oneshot, and I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOKI THAT CAN'T BE THE END but then I saw there's ten more chapters and I was so happy! This first chapter was so good, gonna get right on reading the rest!

Ohhh, I wonder what kind of scheme those three came up with! Can't wait!

Discovered story and very intrigued. Angry that even after Loki is violently murdered in his dungeons, Odin continues to slanders Loki. Calling him a coward by committing suicide, Odin is a worthless father to Loki by slandering his name

I know people who make the decision to take their own lives are not cowards but based on Volstagg's words to Thor about Loki, he and all of Asguard called him a coward avoiding his punishment. Odin is a terrible abusive adoptive father to Loki and makes me sick.

I strongly disagree with Thor not telling Frigga the truth about Loki being murdered and Odin covering it up. I am starting to believe Loki that Odin ordered his torture and murder and even has ordered the torture and murder of Thor's friends.

I really like this story. Different from a lot of the stuff out there. Interesting, and suspenseful. Keep up the good work.

Going off of your theory, weren't Sif and Loki killed in the same place? Would that not enable Loki to do the same thing? On another note, I've been waiting forever for you to update.I'm hoping that summer will help that but who knows. As long as you finish the story. The real question: How will Thor (and Volstagg) convince Odin of the truth? Will there be any interaction between the living and the dead? Why not go to Hel(heim) and ask the queen what happened? (Sorry if I'm ruining your story. I was just wondering.) At any rate, we've got to know what happens next.
