Loved this story! Though there’s only one season of Xiaolin Chronicles

To me it sounds like, Jason is not really in love with Toru. He may have liked her in the past, like to be friends or something, but because Jason did nothing to save Toru from the abuse. I think he feels guilty about what happened. Seeing her again, Jason may have felt guilty for not helping the person he liked in the past but may have mistaken his feeling for love. I mean to me, if you love someone wouldn't you try to see how the other person feels, like are they really in trouble or want to get away from somewhere, but instead of that people like Jason just assume that the other people like Toru want to get away from where they at, even though they showed no signs as in like movement, behavior, speech, etc. that they want to be saved.

Awww what a beautifully evil ending! I am so glad I found this story it is absolutely amazing! It just leaves me wondering one thing... what would chase do if his little girls found evil loves of their own? *giggles* Or even better yet his reaction to if they fell in love with good?! Oh I would just love to see his temper explode, I can just picture it! *smirks with a chuckle*
