Great fic, really enjoyed the read, shame there isnt any more

if you could do a chapter just giving an update on this stories progress i think your reviews might change from "update please" to "ok we can wait." also not fully read the story yet (about halfway actually) but great so far. very thoroughly built add ons to the hp world that have reasons and lore. harry sounds like he could have become as he is with what has happened to him. and a lot more that im to lazy to type good things about. great work and i hope your health gets better soon.

I was just thinking today, what ever happened to that amazing fanfic where Harry was being used by muggles to spy on the wizarding world! I see you haven't updated any fics in a while and have mentioned your heavy work schedule. I hope you are ok. I know it's selfish of us to want more from you, when you don't get paid for this, but you truly have a gift for writing! I hope we hear from you soon.

This was really an awesome journey, I read the story twice, and in this lock-down, I read the first few and the last few chapters. Hoping for updates. :)

Having reread most of this, I find my self totally uninterested in the wider conspiracy/The Hounds. That whole area totally distracts from the rest of the story and actually makes it worse.

This is my first time reviewing a story on this site, as I’m generally quite shy. But something about reading the most recent negative review, which somehow seems to miss the entire point of writing realistic and compelling characters, and the fact that I still revisit this story every time I open the app to check your profile for an update, made me feel compelled to write one.

I’m sure you get a lot of compliments on your skill as a writer, so I’ll skip over that for now. What keeps drawing me back to this story in particular is the realistic evolution of each character, the incredible pacing, and the feeling of weight behind each decision and event. There are so many little things you seem to have a knack for finding the best words for, from visceral descriptions of interacting with powers so overwhelming they erode the self, to indoctrination, self-sacrifice, and pain. I was shocked at what Harry was willing to do to himself, but in the sense that it is shocking and hard to watch how a traumatized person will put up with new trauma in the hope of being accepted by (and I do think it is reasonable to consider Mr. Steel this) an abuser.

You’ve written an amazing story. When your time permits, I will be here for it’s conclusion. To anyone considering reading this story, it is among (if not the very best) I have read, and more worthwhile incomplete than most completed novels I have read.

I was like "why did I give up on this story like a year ago" now I remember. it's because you made harry a bitch. its inexcusable because you are a decent writer. he made such a sacrifice only to fold like a bitch at the first sign of resistance. all that talk about sacrificing his body to protect his family, then hes too weak to stop his father figure from being obliviated. then hes like "oh well". you're a dick. do yourself a favor potential reader and skip this shit show!

I just binged read this in 1 day. it's now 2 am and I'm incredibly sad to see this hasn't been updated in a long while. Please fix that. I need MOAR
