Anyways, I did like this chapter because if they had actually had time (and not a couple of wars) and Sasuke could man up enough, this would have happened. I full-heartedly accept as a headcanon that this chapter would have happened.

Oh, yeah, they actually would've had more hiccups and arguments than you showed in this chapter. Sakura would've ranted about something until she punched something. Sasuke would've gone off to sulk somewhere. But I think this chapter could have happened. So, love!

I quite agree with your note. Sasuke shouldn't have been able to have Sakura's trust right away, and I love how this chapter made it so that he didn't. But her love for him would never have faded either.

And I love how she never let it fade even more.

Okay, I'm just dying because this chapter is exactly what the canon series needed. THIS is who Sakura was supposed to be. Not just a dynamic and a pretty teammate. Not just a character that was supposed to be strong but never participated in major battles and WON. Not just a convenient way for wounds to be healed and for a little bit of comic relief when she punched Naruto or Sai.
