Great job writing the funeral. I too agree Dale should've had a funeral instead of being brushed off as she did in the series. I like your take on Duffy. Interesting indeed.

Great version of the scene. And those were very nice lines at the end. I really liked Duffy and I'm happy that she's in a better emotional state now with her new family.

This is a very notable 'fic IMO, since we get the untold version of the story. Really liked the interactions between Kit, LJ, and Duffy.

I loved his reaction when she hugged him. You described his emotions very thoughtfully. I think that word best describes you as a writer - 'thoughtful.' I also loved what he was telling her when he said that life would go on.

Again, great descriptions of Duffy's emotions, especially in the penultimate paragraph. I also liked reading about the Defenders.

It was quite jarring when Dale told Duffy to run. I was sorry to see them separated. And what came later was so stunning and sad as well. Great descriptions. Oh, and, the scenes with Duffy blaming herself reminded me of April.

I'm loving this already. You did an excellent job conveying Flash's emotions. He and Mandrake sounded just like they would in the show. And both "Daphne" and "Duffy" sound fitting to me. I'll be back with more reviews soon.

Indeed, nobody mourned Dale Arden for long. That was so disturbing! Nice chapter.
