Since the fic is called 'the language of flowers' I assume both marigold and daisy have a relevant association? I'm not too familiar with it. I pretty much know the different types of roses and that's it.

So, this was kind of beautiful. :) You have a very delicate style that gives the story an almost dreamlike feel. Like a fairy tale. I love it. Especially your description of Toris. 'He has the strength of armies in his hands...' It gave me chills of delight.

Cool story, this. I do agree with you about the tone... at first. Afterwards, it takes on a very nice tone, but the beginning is slightly too bluntly descriptive, perhaps 'blend it in' a bit? It's lovely, though, especially the character of Toris. The last lines are hilarious. Please continue.
