NorwegianAlien chapter 74 . 7/14 Wow. Just finished this chapter and what a journey it has been. Thank you again for all these hours you have put into writing this story. I am so impressed with your storytelling and how you manage to keep track of all these characters and their storylines, what needs to happen when, how does this character think, etc. This story has become so special to me and I am forever grateful. Especually these days, it has provided me with some much appreciated company. Thank you. I hope you are well. Xx |
NorwegianAlien chapter 68 . 7/13 I believe my heart just stopped at that last bit. (Trying not to go into details for spoilers but it’s the line following «they were simple enough»). Oh my god, you’re incredibly good. I jumped in the couch and giggled. Thank you. |
NorwegianAlien chapter 55 . 6/25 I read this chapter twice, I love it so much. It’s way past midnight and here I am, unable to go to sleep because I just have to read another chapter. And another one. I really hope you will update this someday, but I am so grateful for all you have written so far. If you ever finish this and turn it into an ebook or something I would love to buy itI cannot belive this masterpiece is free. |
NorwegianAlien chapter 53 . 6/23 I absolutely adore this chapter. I wonder what it would have been like from Eponine’s perspective but I’m glad we got Enloras’. |
NorwegianAlien chapter 48 . 6/18 Just jumping in to say I love this last scene of the chapter so, so much. I swear I’m reading every E/E scene at least twice haha. The moment she realises he’s asking her as an equal is so beautiful and powerful. |
NorwegianAlien chapter 46 . 6/17 I’m currently rereading because I noticed you had updated (yay! Thank you!) and figured it’s been so long since I read this, might as well read it again! This conversation here at the bottom of the chapter is one of my favourite scenes, and I’ve been so eager to get there. It was even better than I remembered. Your writing is so addicting. These past few days I’ve been staying up long after midnight and then I wake up at 7, thinking, why sleep wjen you can read? I hope you finish the story someday, no matter how long it takesI will be here to read ! You posess such a rare talent and style, and I imagine a lot of research has gone in to this masterpiece. i’m so grateful. Thank you again. I hope you are well. |
Irelandgal131 chapter 74 . 4/20 oh my goodness, this story is awesome! so much character development, so many twists and turns. love your work and I look forward to future works. |
thesweetgirl chapter 74 . 2/1 I know it been awhile, but I hope you come back to this story. It’s just so good, the amount of work and detail and characterization is just too much for words. And the relationship between Enjolras and Eponine is the best I’ve read, how they go from almost strangers, to allies, to friends and a hint of something more so naturally is just beautiful. I could write paragraphs about how amazing your story is, I do really hope you’ll finish someday. |
ineedsleap chapter 74 . 8/8/2019 I. Need. To. Know. Pls update. Pls. |
amaliachaviel chapter 74 . 5/26/2019 This is the third time I've read your fanfic, starting from the very first chapter. To say that I get tired of reading it over and over again would be a lie, but if I am honest I do so to remember the multitude of plotlines you've crafted in the course of these years However, it never fails to impress me the level of dedication you've put to create such a complicated but incredible story, constantly keeping up with each and every detail and character laid out, following strings that could've easily been lost in time if it probably were anyone else doing it. I do not expect you to rush new chapters if time is what you need to keep up with such an splendid work of fiction, but I do hope you 'll keep the will to continue it, even if it takes you more time than necessary. Rest assured there's still public for you waiting I hope you're alright, thank you so much for one of the best fanfics I've read! |
Barriss-Before-It-Was-Cool chapter 74 . 3/4/2019 Ahhh, I never get tired of this story, no matter how many times I read it. Just finished the re-read and yeah, it still gets to me. Enjolras and Eponine's relationship here is probably my favorite out of anything I've ever read. This beautiful slowest of slow burns gets me so excited whenever there is a scene between them, even the smallest bits seem to display a deeper look into their growing affection for each other. I fucking love it! Jehan/Azelma... their interactions fill me with warm feelings and even goosebumps at some points. They are adorable and I can't wait to see how their love blossoms. Of course the most important part of this story for me is the buildup of the revolution you have thought up and your interpretation of all of our favorite characters (and OCs). I am really looking forward to see how you plan to make this rebellion work out. Please take your time and again, always know that there are people who will always read this story. It's that good and that loved. Keep up the amazing work and always looking forward for more of your work. Barriss |
Barriss-Before-It-Was-Cool chapter 1 . 2/19/2019 Hi Spirit, Barriss here! Been a while since we've spoken, but I just wanted to say how much I love and admire you for keeping up with this monster of a glorious fic! This update requires a full re-read, which I'm super excited to do. Thank you for continuing to bless us with your wonderful talent, and know that I will be here till the very end. I hope you are doing well, lots of love, Barriss |
Leara Bribage chapter 2 . 2/16/2019 It's taken me quite a while to get back to this because of work, but now that I've read it and really read it more carefully, I really like how parallel the lines of thought were by Enjolras and Eponine - a hint of the dreamer mixed with a grounded perspective on things. But best of all, I think, I really liked the inverse psych of both the Thenardier siblings. God, I missed your writing. |
Leara Bribage chapter 1 . 2/11/2019 I realise this will be quite tragic, but seeing Prouvaire write this in the winter of 1931 gave me hope. The poem - it's morose, but powerful and heartbreaking. |
LearaBribage chapter 73 . 2/11/2019 Gonna re-read it all because it has FINALLEEEEEEE UPDATEDDD |
