I know this is an older story so I don't know if you still read the reviews but I like the idea behind your story. It's clever how Draco was able to signal for help the way that he did and I like the idea of Draco having to go to Harry and Ron because he knows that they're the best, even if they all still dislike one another. I don't like stories where all of them just forget that they hated each other school and all of the sudden become the best of friends. However, I have to say I'm not a fan of pregnant Hermione running headlong into danger without a care in the world that she's endangering her child. Ordinarily I would be 100% behind having Hermione come on any Auror mission, against protocol or not. She's obviously an asset and the brains behind the operation. But any mother would put her child's needs first. I'm not sure how far along Hermione's meant to be but you have referenced her swollen belly, which indicates that moving quickly might be difficult. Hermione is a liability on this mission and the fact remains that as Aurors, Ron and Harry are capable of doing this without her. Hermione is smart enough to know her limitations, secret library or not and I can't believe that she would put her unborn child at such a risk.

Loved it! I've pretty much given up reading HP fics and migrated towards smaller fandoms but this fic made me want more HP. You did a wonderful job keeping everyone in character. I really like seeing seeing the Trio in action and interacting with Malfoy post Hogwarts but so few people manage to allow them to grow up but still maintain their canon personalities. I really enjoyed seeing a more mature but still shit hear Malfoy and a Hermione who didn't suddenly become a housewife when she got married. Thanks much for the read :)
