Your latest chapter left me utterly impressed! I recently reread The Hobbit for shiz and giggles, right, and I was flabbergasted when I caught snippets from Tolkien's own work in your story.

I spent the entire day reading your amazing story and my heart is beyond broken to find out there is not an end!
Your writing is beautiful - superb in every way imaginable. This site holds very few passionate, creative and magnificent writers, but you my dear are among them.
Your story, gosh, where to begin? When I started with the first chapter I had so many doubts; to have the tale of The Hobbit be retold again, scene by scene, is not very well attention-grasping for myself. Yet your exquisite word choice and detailed descriptions kept me reading and I soon found I was hooked.
Your leading lady in the tale is everything I have ever dreamed of in a Middle-Earth character, and truth be told I've been waiting so long to stumble upon another who's hero was wrapped up in dragon mischief and power such as Taal. And I'd like to point out as well the fact she's been "raised" by Radagast 3
I literally thought I was the only person in the world who ever envisioned their character (or themselves *whistles sheepishly*) living such a childhood.
Your genius and knowledge of the Valar, Middle-Earth, race histories, cultures and character personalities is very impressive; but to add your own creativity to such an advanced realm - mind blown!
The romance between Bofur and Taal has me wanting so much more in every way imaginable. There last steamy moment in Mirkwood left me with blushing cheeks and a big stupid grin on my face (from both the boldness of Bofur's actions to my "hoorah" for them both finally about to "get some.") Yet I'm not surprised you keep your readers wanting more when they get interrupted ;P
The love that grows between them makes my girlish side rather proud and a little envious.
I could literally go on about everything I love about this story (including your correct portrayal of Thorin in my opinion) but it would turn into a hot mess real fast.

I am so incredibly sad that I've caught up! I need more Bofur sweetness! But there aren't many good quality stories about him out there. I impatiently wait your next update!

Not sure how I feel about Orna, she's saved Culurien a few times- that's nice- but obviously Culurien doesn't like her (to be revealed I suppose- or I missed something) so I'll trust Miss Taal's judgement and dislike her as well, haha!

Boo! You big ole Bofur-blocker, dumb spiders!

I knew something would interrupt them, but I figured he'd be hallucinating or something like that.

And poor them, they finally get a little touchy feely action and the bloody spiders have to show up. Although, the kissing scene was great. I think they need to remake the Hobbit movies form your story, I would watch the crap out of it.

Hmm, all seems to be going well in the creeptastic forest, I wonder, do they get chased by the spiders and meet up with the elf chick that Kili falls in love with?

Thanks for the sweetness at the end, it's always good when Bofur comes around.

Once I got to chapter 26 I became hyper aware that I only had 10 chapters left (until the next update that is) and now at 31 one I'm freaking out because I don't want to be caught up, this is my favorite Hobbit fic, I've started many but never finished them because the writing was terrible, but this is so wonderful and different. Culurien's history is sad and deep, the characters feel real. I just can't get over it.

Whoa. I have no words. Phew. This was a doozy.

I feel so unintelligent right now, trying to form words to review this chapter. You keep surprising me, not that I haven't come to expect them. But they're welcome.

Thank you for giving just a little bit of sweetness at the end of such a hard chapter.
