It was still the 90's when you wrote this! Who knows if you even still use the site, but I'm surprised you didn't get more reviews at the time. This was a fun read, though song fics aren't my favorite unless they use music I already like a lot. I don't know if I could write one well, myself.
I don't think Fraser and RayV would make a great romantic couple, but you made it work. I could see you continuing it even further, showing their struggles with the stigmas and all that, but it's fine to leave it here. The way ahead is clear enough to leave to the reader's imagination.

Great coming together story, the chapters kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Perhaps you might consider removing the action tags, like . They distract from the flow of the sentence and take away the seriousness. Great work with Rosa, too!
