IMO DiNozzo takes huge advantage of Tim's forgiveness and Tim should just stop forgiving DiNozzo already. It is only ever bad for him (Tim) when he does.

If I were Tim, I would be telling Tony that he is on my shit list, that I no longer trust him nor do I beleive anything he says because he didnt watch my back.
Because Tony allowed Mccadden to say nasty things about me, therefore as far as I am concerned anything and everything that comes out of Tony's mouth is a lie and he is nothing but a liar.
Furthermore I will transfer away from Gibb's team and find another NCIS team somewhere else where I am treated with respect since both Tony and Gibbs have NO respect for me or my skills.

I can see a possible sequel, as McCadden might want to get back at Tim, even if his demotion was his own fault (and there is nothing stopping McCadden from becoming a detective again except his own stupidity).

Although we know that "Mike" survived, I think you need an epilogue to confirm that the rest of Tim's abductors were caught, as there doesn't appear to be any further mention of them. As Crevits sounds like a very nasty character indeed, it would be reassuring to know that Gibbs & Co tracked him down and put a stop to him once and for all.

I'm guessing that Det McCadden will find himself pounding the beat as a uniformed cop after his unpleasant little "joke", at least if Director Vance has anything to say about it.
