Absolutely loved it. The writing feels so alive and I loved how you highlighted all of James's qualities/reasons why Lily would and eventually fall in love with him. I've read many Jily stories in the past few months (new Jily shipper here!) and some stories do great in showing why James loves Lily, but come a little short in the why Lily loves James department.

You brought out her "why" and overall perspective quite wonderfully here.
Definitely rocked the second person perspective.
