I thoroughly enjoy well written angst and this is some of the best, true angst, I have read. Happy and stable is good, but there is something about the turmoil of a character suffering with a constant struggle to find balance that I enjoy even more.

JFC, do not delete this! I will cry if you do... and then find you and make you put it back by force, so let's just not. :) Lauren and Bo are my babies and they need to just go buy a dog and a house in the suburbs and have crazy children and keep everyone in the neighborhood awake at night!

Wow again! I'm very glad that you didn't delete this. There are a lot of stories out there that are very introspective from Lauren's POV. Bo has this tough exterior and tries not to show how much she wants a normal life with someone. You've captured that perfectly, along with Bo's love for Lauren and her guilt for hurting her and for continuing to hurt her everytime she has to heal. But it's good that she knows and acknowledges it and how strong and loving Lauren is.

this was beautifully written. you've really captured Lauren's place in Bo's heart. Bo is unique as she approaches her being fae with a human heart. Lauren offers her a place and understanding that no one else has. wonderful fic.
