Interesting, and yet somehow slightly unfulfilling. I feel like the strongest part of the plot was the mental state of the teen, and yet, in your writing, it was the most sporadic and chaotic, really not getting the sense of the gradual and inevitable break down of the teen's mind, rather it seems forced, if that makes any sense.
