It took me a month to finally sit down and read this (instead of sleeping) and I'm so glad I did. I love how you mixed both so well. I haven't watched HSM in so long and now I really want to. You stuck to the movie so well and this was just amazing. I actually really liked the end, especially the last little part. You did a great job and it made my day.

I haven't finished reading this yet, but it's really good. I loved watching HSM when I was younger and bade makes it like 10x better

But I have to point out that you mentioned Beck being one of the first students at HA when it opened, a "founding father," but then Andre was reading names of people who graduated like 30 years ago... Or am I mixing up fanfictions?

When they first sang together and the way you wrote their emotions i was just cry and then them getting to the school and the whole interaction of them with Trina how he obvi preferred Jade over her but no one knew bc he was afraid of what his friends would think of the freaky girl but so was she and YES. Then their duet and the PART ON THE ROOF TOGETHER was so adorable and i just wish that was canon bc a roof is so much better of a hideout spot for talking and kissing and tacos than a freaking janitor's closet ok and then him at her balcony singing i cried bc he kissed her forehead and i love that he does that bc it's so protective and sweet and they were breaking all the rules at HA but we just don't care and then Jade and Tori GRINNED AT EACH OTHER and were doing a play together and im sobbing bc jori is so cute just as friends and i just love them but then Bade gets to sing together on stage in front of everyone and she gets nervous but he fixes it for her bc he just does that and they're in love and they kiss and i don't know air anymore bc why can't this be a real movie? ok i am going to go reread it and cry some more ok i love you mad this is perf xoxo
