Great story. Though I have to admit how the third and his peers will react in the future when they see this little pink haired girl walking down the street. I can kind of see Sakura leaving a scroll behind to be opened by the Hokage on a certain date.

Three days have passed since she saved his life. She moved him into a cave, that she found far enough away from the battlefield. She carefully covered her tracks and suppressed her chakra, not wanting any enemies following her.

The cave she found was near a source of freshwater, a river much to her pleasure. There were also herbs and edible plants around the area of the cave. She was able to collect enough of the plants to last her and her patient a few days.

The medical ninja frequently checked her comatose patient to make sure his condition was improving. On a third day, she make a quick trip to a river to fill a bottle of water. Once she finished filling the bottle with water, she sealed it into her storage scroll. She returned to her temporary shelter and paused, as her limited sensory abilities alerted her that her patient had woken up.

Sakura slowly entered the cave and could see Tobirama was sitting up and inspecting his bandaged upper body. She was did not move, knowing that it was dangerous to startle an injured shinobi. She waited patiently for him finally notice her.

No long after she entered the cave he went stiff. He moved his arms in front of his chest in defense. Her green eyes meet his red eyes. She noted that his body was tense and prepared to fight.

Slowly, she raised her hands in non-threatening manner, showing that she was not an enemy. "I'm not going to harm you." She did her best to show sincerity to her patient. His shoulders relaxed, as he lowered his arms.

A long uncomfortable silence passed. She fidgeted uncomfortably under his intense stare and noticed he was staring at her pink hair. It wasn't a first time that people have stared at her unusual pink hair.

She coughed softly to catch his attention. "My apologizes, I did not mean to stare at you." Smooth and rich baritone voice rolled off his tongue.

It was a first time that she heard the revered Second Hokage speaking. The pink-haired kunoichi felt a very pleasant shiver down her back and tried not to show her reaction to his voice.

"It's alright, I'm used to people's staring at my hair like that." "Ah, I see. I assumed that it was you who healed me.”

"Yes, I did. You had so many life threatening injuries and were bleeding to a death. Normally, anyone who would had those kind of injuries would be dead. You're lucky that I was nearby and managed to heal all of your wounds." Sakura informed him.

The white haired man looked impressed, which made a medical ninja feel proud of herself. "I'm aware that I should be dead, but thank you for save my life, miss…"

"Sakura." She wisely gave her first name, not wanting to give away her family name. She didn't want to add any more chaos to this timeline, thought she wasn’t sure if her presence had already affected the timeline.

"I'm Senju Tobirama." He was smiling politely as he offered his uninjured hand for her to shake. She returned the gesture.

Her petite hand was enveloped by his calloused large hand. Sakura smiled and maintained her steady eye contract with his red eyes.

It’s by no means perfect, but I believe I fixed some of the grammar errors and made the chapter flow smoothly. I enjoy reading this to story, it has a lot of potential. I suggest a beta reader. They will help you catch misspellings and grammar errors. Please continue writing.

All that armour has to weight a lot, and to be sneaky and stealthy while dragging around an unconscious patient has to be a valuable skill. To say nothing about not leaving any trace for anyone to find and track them down with.

On how Tobirama, from seeing Sakura as a friend for many years until he realise he love her but it seems it's too late because she had a boyfriend but in the end Tobirama became more than just a friend with Sakura. And they are happily living together!
