I just now noticed something. While I like how you connected the people of the Northern Tundra with the Dwarves by way of Aule, it would make more sense if his wife Yavanna had granted them that gift, as she is the Vala of the Wild and animals. That way they could also be connected in that way. Aule created the Dwarves out of stone. Just a suggestion, though. :D

I love it! But kinda want to see Ariya pregnant on their journey and not realize it or be hiding it from Thorin, but I'm not the author so… It was such a cool idea though especially the Beorn part :)

Was that using her form for vengeance?

If my " name" didn't give it away I am actually crying right now. I love love love this story and was on the verge of thinking you would abandon it. I am thrilled you did not. I think the ending of this story is absolutely perfect and I applaud you for your excellent story. And as sad as I am that this story is over- that was one heck of a good story. If you ever doubt that, just remember your story was the very first one on the list within an hour of your posting the chapter. Thank you for such a fantastic fanfiction ( that I desperately wish would be expanded into a book) and congradulations on your two internships. Ok, when I saw that this chapter was titled Epilogue, I admit that I was ready to hurt someone. But when I saw that it was just the end of part one, I relaxed some. I really, really, really cannot wait for the next chapter in this awesome story! :D
