You had me smiling through the whole thing, and laughing at the end. Both of them are so in-character, and the Doctor's ramblings are spot on. I love how you make him say something, and then he thinks that Rose is proposing to him, when it really started out being the other way around! And you never actually tell us whether or not the Doctor's just messing with Rose, or if he really thought she was trying to propose to him. That just adds to the hilarity of it!
Wonderfully written, and certainly deserving of a fave and a follow. ;)
