It confused me a bit, but I get what you mean now by 'third flash'.

Here's what i thought about:
Bats tells everyone how his parents were gunned down in front of him for some plastic pearls, how he was forced to work for Ra's Al Ghul, Barbara losing her ability to walk, Alfred dying,Dick leaving him...
And he does all this, because this all was his fault, and no one should suffer like him.

As much as Wally's reveal was cool, it's hard for me to believe that Batman didn't know the difference between Wally and Barry as the flash. They may hide most of their faces but they don't disguise their voices. I pretty sure Batman would immediately pick up on the voice when he saw flash again. Also no one cared to inform Batman of Barry's death? I find that extremely hard considering they were teammates and friends. And even if no one had, Wally never thought to let Batman know that he took up the mantle?

Amazing, interesting to see how Flash (the one people rarely take seriously) point out that "because he's Batman" doesn't make him an exception to everything.

I didn't read much, but this would have been a perfect time to say, "Because I'm Batman."
