This entire story is so beautifully written and I’m so happy to have stumbled upon, but sad that it isn’t finished. Please update this!

That proposal was beautifully written. Seriously, it made my heart jump with joy. You really captured the essences of their characters. I believe Chucks always been a romantic at heart, even if he would have a difficult time admitting so. You really showcases a beautiful proposal. I love that he didn't just repeat their last proposal earlier in the story, but he used different wording this time, and just as effective act meaningful as the last one. And now the whole world knows too, hopefully this will thwart Louis plans, if not, I wonder what their next course of action will be.

I have to admit, I stopped liking Dan about a year ago. On the show, I just found him unbearable. However, your fic is one of the few I find myself liking him. I think the writers do l ruined him in the last couple of seasons, and I admire writers that can allow me to like him. I find that you brought out the qualities I loved about Dan. I love his fierce loyalty to Vanessa. I also loved their relationship. Both platonic and romantic, and will forever be bitter the writers ruined that. I love how he really had Vanessa thinking about her future with Nate. He did bring up some really good points. And he really got her thinking all of her options I missed seeing them interact, and love how you have them settle back into their friendship. It all seems to be water under the bridge for them now.

I'm finally caught up, and hope to stay caught up from here on out.

Sorry for taking so long to read and review. That was never my intention. I became really busy before new Christmas up until Christmas, and then I fell behind on my updated fics. Now down to 20, so I should be able to stay caught up now. I plan on reading chapter 14 in the next day or two. As one writer to another I know how reviews can inspire us to continue writing. And I plan on continuing to read this until the end.

I am curious as to what Blair's gift to Chuck will be in relation to their baby. I'm sure Chuck will love it, as Blair knows her man. I can understand her frustration. Christmas shopping at the last minute can be so stressful, and looking for the best of the best is no easy task.

I hope that Nate and Vanessa won't just rush into a relationship. It seemed to be that Nate asking Vanessa to move in with him was a bit abrupt and sudden. I would really like to see her to think things through and really decide if it's best for her rather than just rush things through without thinking them over. Maybe Dan can be the supportive friend that will help her come to a decidion.

Though I must confess, it's really chairs story that I'm most interested in here. Looking forward to reading more.

First of all, welcome back. I've always wondered what happened to this story and am glad you have returned to writing it. And I loved this chapter.

I just knew that Louis was going to retaliate in someway. It was inevitable. He's still so bitter about his broken engagement to Blair. A part of me would love to see a scheme to take him down, but another part of me understand where he comes from. He's hurt by the fact Blair went back to Chuck, when Louis tried to stand by her. But I wonder how Blair will manage to do damage control after Louis public uproar against Blair. I like the idea of Serena helping, by writing an article of her Christmas Eve. I also found it cute that she didn't know what to get Chuck for cherished l Christmas. I'm sure she'll figure it out though.

I have to admit, even though I'm not Vanessa's biggest fan, I did like her with Nate in season 2. I really liked seeing them reconnect in this chapter and I liked the kiss. Can't wait for your next chapter. I hope you update soon.

Loved this chapter. Really like how hair l happy they seem to be together. One thing I have to point out though. I don't think Chuck would want to raise his baby in a Hotel, for one thing it isn't exactly ideal. And for another thing, Chick grew up in Hotels, practically raised by Hotel staff and nannies. So he wouldn't want his son or daughter to be raised the same way. At least that's my opinion on the matter. But it's your story, so it's entirely up to you, and I will read this story no matter what.

I also really love that Chuck asked Blair to move in with him. That was perfect in my opinion. It is a step in the right direction for them. Also loved Chuck's grand romantic gesture for Blair and the stroll through central park on a aa Horse Carriage.

Also I'm probably one of the few chair shippers who back in the day loved Nate/Vanessa, and hope they reconcile in this story. I love how you had them reconnect, I can't wait for there date and what comes out of that.

Very good chapter. Chuck and Blair in the bedroom was sweet, fun and enjoyable. Not the worlds biggest Vanessa fan but I'll let it go. It was good. The Waldorf/rose family is always touching to see and nice to have CB officially moving in.
