I'm so happy Sam remembered Charlie! It would have hurt her so much, to be one of the memories that Sam had lost. Sam is so innocent in this state, it's hard to think of anything like Crowley getting it's hands on him. Dean does such a good job protecting Sam, especially now. I hope Charlie can visit for a bit, since I think it would be good for all three of them. Maybe they can go on a picnic together! :)

For a minute there I didn't know if we could trust Charlie- hunting demons on her own and all- and thought she might be possessed. But she isn't, right? Though if you don't mind me saying, it seems kind of convenient that she was able to trap and dispatch the demon with a spell before Dean arrived.
Anyway, thanks for sharing and I can't wait to see what you come up with next :)

I'm sorry it took me so long to review. I loved this chapter, but something kept popping into my head. What if, what if Charlie is possessed? All of this was an act. Demons now know why they haven't been seeing the Winchesters. (Maybe this could be the path *a very slow path* to what we discussed as the ending) I'm not sure how many chapters you are planning for this story, so it could be subtle. Let me know what you think. :)

If you don't mind another suggestion from me, how about Sammy gets a splinter and Dean is trying to take it out and Sam gets all teary as Dean takes it out with a needle
