I've just finished Chap. 3 and I must say your story is amazing. Beautiful plot, enticing characters, just downright a work of art. Keep it up! (although i found the teachers themselves giving tours was quite odd, I found it as creative as well)

Hey you really have made it very compelling, especially since the older years have more important things to worry about than Janice Foster and they tend not to rock the boat if it can be avoided.
Like I said, I'm really looking forward to their post-Christmas reunion and for the plan to be put into action. Speaking of the plan, I've had a brief skim of your document and I'm actually a little surprised! Lol! I'll give you more detailed feedback later.

Thanks for your dedication, and you have a lovely friendship developing with Cameron and Oswin, maybe it'll be something more when they're mature enough. It'll certainly be more interesting to see Cameron readjusting to life at home again and what he'll say to Mariah and Vanessa.
I still remember Oswin feeling angry at Slytherins in the previous chapter, but it may be significant as to how she copes during the holidays if everyone is going away. :(

There is one thing I take issue with. History of Magic is NOT a pointless or boring subject. It's taught by a boring teacher with a poor method, but how can you understand the present or preserve the future if you don't understand the past? JK conceded that and said that had History of Magic been taught properly it would have been fascinating. Do you plan on making the protagonists realise that?
Also, just bear in mind that Lockhart was a Ravenclaw who used his wits to avoid working hard, so please make sure they learn that.
Apart from that, a good chapter. ;)

Brilliant work! You've actually left out my comments this time. I get why Snape's against the word Mudblood,and I love the subtle point of Oswin's anger. Your speech structure has improved dramatically! Hats off to you.
There is just one more thing that I'll request- please read and review Luz en el Oscuro when you can, it'll be an enjoyable read. ;)

A point I just want to nitpick on: after the speech you put the comma, question mark, exclamation mark, and continue with the sentence- but if you don't want to put "he said/she said" then you can end the sentence and capitalise.
You did leave in one of my comments again, when he met Fred and George. Have the Hufflepuffs been overly friendly?

Nice to see you back! By the way, I only said consider using the English terms, not that you must. It's up to you, and since you live in the UK (where we drive unbelievably on our left!) I can see why you've chosen to.
As always, my HP series has progressed quite a lot, so believe me when I say you have tonnes to look forward to. All your questions about relationships will be answered. But if you want I can answer directly.

I feel so bad for Cam! I wish the Sorting Hat would've helped him out a bit more. He's got all of these questions that no one is willing to answer. As for Clara, she seems like a really good friend. It seems like she's doing her best to help Cam-something that he really needs. Mariah seems really sweet, by the way. I wonder what her reaction will be like when she finds out that Cam's been lying to her, though. o:

He's so lonely, I can't take it. Eleven year old Cam seems so cute in my head. :3 I'm glad he's standing up for himself, though. I hope Snape sort of stands up for him, at least a little. And Cam has photographic memory? That's awesome.

Mariah can't go to Eton since its an all boy school. I noticed a few typos, such as loo instead of look.

It was a nice read, and you're kind of right. Ensuring fair play isn't cheating at all. I'm surprised that nobody cast the Shield Charm, or the Disarming Charm.
I like the Clara and Oswin characters, and am really looking forward to Saturday!
By the way, I would really recommend Luz en el Oscuro to you, if you like adventure, you'll love it. ;)

I honestly can not wait for the duel! I like Oswin, except that she suggested playing dirty because the Slytherins will, and I think Cameron wants to prove that he's different.
So, how is this duel work? Are there any seconds? How do you "cheat"?
