I actually really like the idea that Pitch is a 'good guy' and it just comes out wrong. Fear is fear, but kids learn from Fear, so... Yeah. I also agree with the headcanon if the Guardians were ever to 'fail' Jack, Pitch would let him into the lair, or maybe just not let him be as alone as he was in the previous 300 years.

So sweet. I know you just had some h/c and Jack was injured recently but I am an H/C junkie. Since both North and Bunny have had family moments, and as much as those are my favorites, even Pitch has taken care of Jack, I feel Sandman could use a moment. Jack's past likely caught up to him and his own nightmares of loneliness and drowning could have overcome him... before Pitch regained control to keep them off him. If the others show up too to help, that's great too. When you can. 5/5

Heeeeeeheehehee, am I evil in wondering when the others will find out he can't read. I personally believe he would be able to speak/understand spoken languages that he has picked up flying around, spreading snow and playing with kids outside of the US/UK but having him able to read is something I find difficult to believe given his background. He may know some basics but 300 years ago in the settlements... well, Daddy Clause will need to fix that... or get Uncle Phil to do it ;). I have a bit of Irish blood myself (1/8 or 1/16 so didn't meet them) but used to know a few of the easy dances from TV. Years ago, now I wanna relearn :). 5/5

No, it came out great. It's tricky doing this and most of my 'conversation only' bits in stories are short... but, I admit, most are funny, just like yours. I was able to picture this all quite well so don't sell yourself short. 5/5

Maybe because "Pitch went out with the Dark Ages" so they dealt with him once in a few hundred years but he's had to deal with Cupid coming after him EVERY, SINGLE YEAR. Heeheehee, I think the strain of dealing with an enemy every year that he knows they can't get rid of with one of their centers frustrates him. 5/5 and lucky Bunny got there when he did.

I dub that elevator 'Sexy' because that's what the Doctor calls his TARDIS and she tends to take him, not where he wants to go but where he NEEDS to. 5/5

I am still readin the rest of this story, but I HAD to review this chapter! This is an amazing story! I loved it from beginning to end! Pitch become close with Sophie like that is Awesome! It warmed my heart and I thank you for that! I can't wait to read the rest of this and see what else you have in store!
