Is everyone in Albus' year a super generational genius or something? Like one monent, it's this kid being the best of his year and the next, it's his mate being the best of his generation or a random older student being the best duelist to ever walk the halls of Hogwarts. It's a bit much to be honest, even with all the wand advancement.

I'm loving the story. Been slowly combing through this series for a couple weeks now. Need to start leaving more reviews.

I felt compelled to leave a review here in support of Holly. Albus knew there was a relationship more than just friendship between him and Holly and he shouldn't have agreed to go to the ball with Janelle without ending things with Holly first. Seems he got so excited to date the pretty girl that he just selfishly cast aside a person who'd been there for him through thick and thin. There obviously (at least rn) isn't enough chemistry between him and Holly for them to be a great couple, but man she deserved a lot better. Hoping we see more of character arc, rather with Al or not.

I've read this series a few times and one thing that comes up in this chapter that's always confused me is Caradoc Slade. He's a cool character, with the whole aspect of a highly placed double agent, but i don't quite understand how he's so highly placed, or why he's so trusted by Percy and the ministry

Well ... I don't know why ... but I agree with Albus... I think his first wand is jealous of his second one ... Luna said both Alec''s wands were highly compatible, I think Albus's wands are highly incompatible. Personally I love meditation but it won't help Albus if my theory is true. ... eager to find out in the subsequent chapters.

One advice : Have you thought of writing independent fiction and publishing it ? You are good at world building.

Okay. Wow. So much happened in this book! The pace really picked up after the first two. I enjoyed all the twists and turns and absolutely could not bear to stop reading until everything was over. The LSL is such a neat idea and I enjoyed seeing this new form of travel, especially when it became crucial to the plot later on! The tasks for the TWT were really interesting and I quite liked the land, sea, and sky motif. I do like the Janelle/Albus/Holly triangle, but what is going on with Holly? She seemed so much nicer than she ended up being in this book. Poor Al. I felt so much sympathy for him with his magical blockages. As someone who skated by early on in school, I can totally sympathize with that horrible feeling when you encounter something that you just cannot do no matter how hard you are trying. I also really liked the introduction of exchange students and the way Lucas and Albus played off of each other. I also like that you had Albus realize that he was not being a very nice person and definitely exacerbated the tensions between the two boys. I appreciated that they were both in the wrong instead of one of them being 'good' and one being 'bad'. I can't wait to get started on the next book. Oh, I also really like seeing the list of chapter names at the beginning of the story, maybe because it reminds me of picking up a new HP book as they were released and reading the chapter list and trying to figure out what each one might be about. It just gives the whole story a very polished feel, something you don't always get when reading fanfiction.

I enjoyed that fully thank you again... I see no issues with this chapter ( a side note) I truly Dislike Lucas Lotor he is a loud mouth opinionated smug tiresome little twit that Albus needs to teach a lesson in humility to. and I see it coming...

I know I’m several years late and nobody will see this, but I really loved this book! The only thing I didn’t like wasn’t a fault with the writing, though — I didn’t like Albus and Janelle. Or how Holly become so horrid and spiteful. It was unrealistic. But overall it was satisfactory.

Hey there is an question in jk rowling's harry potter didn't she said that the wizard matters more than the wand or the wizard is what decides the magic done not the wand...Hope u see to it... Rest your stories are awesome!...:-)
