I kept wondering what was done to John. I like to know what happened from John's POV up 'til him waking up in the hospital the first time. I enjoyed this.

Fantastic, a truly wonderfully written story, and I loved all of the characters you managed to get in! Spectacular job! : )

They all know John, they are a part of the family now. It's her that's rather out of place. They don't know her, because she's never there.

In under an hour, people went from curious, to full out worried and searching for him. John is a valuable friend to many; or a wonderful way of distracting Sherlock, whichever.

How much of that was a dream/hallucination and how much was real?

' "Mrs. Hudson, are you aware that Mycroft hasn't had a decent meal in three days." The older Holmes started to protest, but Mrs. Hudson was already latching on to him.'
He has a family, whether he calls them that or not. He has two brothers, one older, one younger, a mother, and an assortment of cousins, some more irritating than others. There is no escape from the Holmes'.

This was amusing, loved that we saw Harry so strongly in this, well when she arrived anyway. The whole text msg worry was especially good (fav) as it really demonstrated how quickly things could escalate with SH having no want for patience lol :P Also loved the imagery of Lock and the baby and that whole slew of interactions around said baby...so funny :D Also liked that Harry felt out of place in the hospital, her confusion over everyone nd the large security,

John's feverish dreams were very confusing at first, that 2nd chapter made no sense...at first...did he overhear them talking and then his mind made up the situations to fit or what?

The only downside to this fic is that the grammer is 8 times out of 10 absolutely awful. Now, I don't say this to be mean and I've read some of your other works and I don't recall them being anywhere near as bad (in fact its almost like they're leaps and bounds above) as this one. So I dunno if its because this was done quickly, without a beta or you just didn't bother to proof-read but it does need some revising, no doubt about it. Those first few chapters in particular. Mostly you need to spell-check (stayed not 'staid', depths not 'debts' to name two), work on where you place your commas and if you are not sure try sounding it out loud, if it doesn't sound right or you're running out of breath then the commas need fixing or the sentence shortening. Otherwise, thanks for posting!

I can't imagine the expressions on their faces. Mycroft walks into the room and John starts giggling. They would be so confused. Oh it's wonderful!

There are just some stories that I seriously wished I could get made into episodes, and this was totally one of them! :D

Where to start the praise? Maybe with the premise? :D Loved it! So different from your normal 'John gets injured' stories. And the characterization! That was wonderful! :D I also liked the way you brought Harry into it. You made her a real person; not just a one-dimensional, cartoonish, alcoholic type character, and I especially loved the fact you brought in Sally and made her a sympathetic outside insider, if that makes any sense.

One of my fave chapters was the one where Harry was reading the texts. While the emotion was there, that just made it more intense, and you could feel what Harry was experiencing, and I was VERY impressed. :D

This was an amazingly written story and I am totally in love with it. :D
