I've been dealing with depression myself the past month or more. This is a pretty good description of it.

What a sweet and lovely Sherlock short story! Both your great wording and the character interactions were a treat to read.

A gripping and impressive one-shot! To me, your Sherlock isn't ooc, not at all. And you capture the 'thing' perfectly.
Besides, it's heart-warming to see how many people care about Sherlock (yes, Mary too!). And John's calm and caring behaviour is just so... John!

Oh, wow. That was a very different look at Sherlock. I have sometimes wondered if Mr. Holmes has suffered from depression and this was an interesting view of it.
