This was so good, so unexpected and so different. Killian and Regina did have tragic life experiences that were similar. I loved the creativity of the shielded witches cabin. The fight with Cora was brilliant with unique spells and curses. I loved the Charmings support and friendship. Very good, thanks for writing, and when you see over 100 reviews for 13,000 words that is impressive!

I'm surprised Reginook is considered "unconventional" - they seemed a pretty clear ship to me, and I shipped them sort of hard, even though I wanted Hook for myself. But I guess it was just clear to me because Regina and Hook are my two favorite characters from Once.

I'mma agree that Killian really did love Milah. But I think Milah loved him, too. It's bad to leave a child, yes, but a woman can do it without being a sociopath. The same way a man can. Like Rumplestiltskin did. Let's not have double standards.

Besides, who wouldn't love someone who looked like Hook?
