Been reading this since 2014. Waited so long for an update and I am grateful that you finally did. I just recently re-watched the films and am currently endorsing myself in Collins’ newest addition. This series has brought back many childhood memories and dreams I had stowed away in the back of my mind. Your story is part of those memories.

I do hope you continue to update because reading this has brought me and many others so much joy.

(I mean, the rarepair, too, obviously) But, yeah unfortunately Katniss' POV didn't really tell us much and I really wanted to know more about what everyone else was doing, so thanks for this! And! I like the idea of them comforting each other after the Jabberjay scene. I know you haven't gotten to this chapter yet-or I assume you haven't since there isn't a note indicating that you have, but I'm surprised you don't mention Annie at all. Regardless, it's still lovely.

Again, your prose is really beautiful. And I'm glad Finnick got to mourn Mags a little more than he did in the books.

I guess I am a new reader, or, I don't remember reading this before. The way you write is so lovely. I like the way you characterize Katniss' thoughts here-"That is all she knows of love, all she has ever known to do with love" I look forward to seeing how the story progresses and what changes you make. I was absolutely SHOCKED when an update for this story came through my email. Pleasantly though. I'm going to have to reread the last few chapters to refresh, but I'm excited to do it. This is my all time favorite Hunger Games fic and I love that you revisited it. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that you finish it. Thanks so much!

Okay, so I am aware that this story hasn't been touched in years, but it's amazing, and if you have any interest at all in finishing it, please do so. I'm a sucker for non-canon relationships, so when I found fic with Katniss and Finnick, it was amazing. I'm interested in seeing where this story goes. Again, if you have ever thought about finishing this but didn't think anyone would care, I'm telling you, I would absolutely read more of this.
