I do so love it when authors come back to old and unfinished pieces and decide that they want to complete it. This story has an amazing plot so far and I’m sure whatever else you make is just as wonderful. I would write more words of encouragement and praise here but I’m not really good at that sort of stuff. I look forward to when you update this or any of your other stories, of which I’m gonna go check out now.

So is this story the edited version or are are you editing the edited version lol. I am looking forward to seeing who you chose for the groups mates. And whole will be the submissive and who the dominates. It looks like you already hinted to Frodo and the King and (maybe) the Prince of Rohan, so I'm looking forward find out if thats the truth or not. Maybe one of them will be Legolas and/or Gimli. Though if it's Strider I wounder what you are going to do with Arwen. Also maybe you could do a Harry Potter and The Hobbit crossover, it would be nice to see more of those as soon please!
