I'm glad Hermione was able to cheer Harry up a bit. Spending the summer in a cupboard alone isn't a walk in the park. Stupid Dursleys.

What happened to poor Harry over the summer? He seems so...down. Malfoy, himself also seems less himself, he didn't comment much.

What's up with everyone: Dumbledore, Hermonie, Ron, everyone? They know Harry is being abused and yet they do nothing. Yes, he may need to stay at the Dursley to ensure his safety, but why don't they check up on him to make sure he's not being abused? Or why don't they put a spell on the Dursleys, forbidding them for hurting Harry? And Hermonie, I can't believe her. She can rant on and on about the poor house elves, but she only ranted about Harry's relative for ~five minutes before going off to buy candy? I mean, really? Even if Harry told her to lay off she should still be fuming, or at the least, going off to tell the professors what happened to Harry after the feast. Do something, people! Sorry, for complaining. But I've read so many stories that never seem to answer these questions and it just really pisses me off. I really hope yours won't be theirs completely.

oh, please let it just be abuse and not something more drastic. I'm tired to reading about the Dursley doing horrid things to Harry. Suffice to say if he has enough power to defeat the Dark Lord year after year, he would be able to defend himself against his relative. It's just so stupid to have him face any serious abuse without retaliation. I mean, here's a guy who shattered a vase simply because his uncle insulted his mother using wandless magic. I don't think he'll stand for anything worst without doing anything even if he's deprived of his wand or forced not to use magic. Please don't disappoint me.

patience is a virtue that i have and will have for ever. I can wait for more of this great story just dont give up on it. this is really really good with a well thought out plot so just keep it up

Hmm, I'm a bit lost on the Harry/Draco front, are they a thing now or not? Oh well, I suppose you'll eventually sort it all out. Can't wait for the next chappie and ending. :)

I'm really enjoying this story, I think because we're getting into Draco and Harry's head but at the same time not - if you know what I mean! Er, less ditzy version: I guess you could say I'm enjoying the ambiguity of the piece. I'm totally, 100% behind the carpe diem mentality and very much looking forward to seeing where the story is headed to next.
