Is Sephiroth purposely blocking Cloud out or is it something Hojo did? Or could it just be because of how long he has been away and Sephiroth has distance himself from those emotions and that is why Cloud can't feel anything from him?

This is my first ever review on fan fiction and I've been here for over 8 years now. Your story was the first to make me want to write to the author in the hopes that my words can encourage more of this story. I read some of this story when only a few chapters were posted and waited to see if it would turn into anything. I have not been disappointed. This story has made me so emotionally invested I've lost sleep trying to finish chapters. I really hope this story will continue. Thank you.

Yay! Glad to see Cloud getting into the army, now let's hope there is nothing else to stop him from meeting Sephiroth. I doubt getting the notes from home to him will be an easy task - especially as Sephiroth is so elusive! I wish dolly the best of luck and await their destined meeting with bated breath! However, with that said, unless the "reunion" is going to be two hundred light years away, I am quite happy to have this continue in Cloud's POV. I am very curious to see how Cloud is going to get that letter to Sephiroth AND to learn about Jenova's message to her son. Yazoo's response to Ma Strife was funny, I couldn't suss out if he was trolling the poor woman or genuinely sincere with his answer, rofl!

Anyways, good to see you back with an update and I hope the rest of 2016 will be better for all of us! *hugs*
