I absolutely loved this! I've loved Heyer for ages, and my new Avenger/BlackHawk addiction added to it makes it simply perfect! Please continue on with it if you can, it's wonderful!

Awesome world building but I gotta ask what time period we're floating about in. Regency? You said empire line dresses? And they're still attending men's clubs and wearing pointed collars, but I couldn't guess it. Maybe you could reference which king is on the throne.

I do not regularly review stories that I read, but I simply had to comment on this one. I think that you did a wonderful job of setting up the story and guiding the reader through the plot. I found it a delightful read.

I normally don't read AUs like this because I never feel like the characters are in-step with the time frame. When I read-and write-AUs, I like those that take a starting point in the show/movie and build something different from there. However, I am very, very glad I read this. At times, I could just see Barton's expression as he looked at Bramley. Not to mention Natasha playing the poor chap.

I love this. I admit I was a tad unsure when I started reading this. I've read a few fanfics that have been set out like this and while they were very good, the actual characters and their true personalities were lost within the AU.
This however was completely brilliant. Everyone was completely in character even though you've thrown them into a completely different time period. This is a truly amazing piece of fanfiction. Very well written, beautiful really. I love it!
