Not sure if I like vlad taking care of Danny, but I like that the parents are seen without this idea of un conditional love. Not that vlad was written poorly, he was made to be very caring. I asked my mom (who hates snakes) what she would do if I was a snake. Basically I'd be very dead lol. It made me think about how if my parents were something I hated (roaches). I can't even bring myself to kill roaches, but I dont think I'd be able to be around my parents either. (My parents and me are really close btw lol I just really dont like roaches) Even though this was a light fluffy story, with a bit of drama, it made me think about the perspectives of someone like Danny's parents and why it's more logical to get him out of there. It ended with him TDLR; I loved this story, would recommend :) (Just like the story the reviews are adorable lol) |
