Damn, I don't think they should be hunting so soon. They haven't even given it a month, to see if Sam has the right meds. Dean has the right idea though. He really should be the one to keep track of Sam's meds, as Sam could easily forget them, like he did. This is going to take some getting used to.

Oh man, I just KNEW all of those head injuries would catch up to Sam. Hard head or not, repeated trauma can cause a lot of problems, as they're finding out. I don't know how long it will take the doctor to find the right medication for Sam, but he shouldn't be doing anymore hunting until they are sure. Maybe this will bring Sam and Dean back close again, without the distance that has been there between them for the last few years.

Nice job...my mother has epilepsy; I'm glad to see you didn't have Dean try and put anything in Sam's mouth...you never, ever do that when someone is having a seizure.
