Update?

The problem with being too ambitious and heavy handed with the plot is being unable to sustain it once the initial enthusiasm and inspiration dies down. I know because it happened to me too.
Their is too much going on at once, and while it was very intriguing, making Naruto too OOC doesn’t really help.
Shame, I was looking forward to reading more.

Initially I wasnt going to write a review cause I saw the date and i was like Damm this fic is dead,then I see that your doing a rewrite so I'm reviewing.

In general I like this fanfic one of the few fanfics in where a one piece element was added without merging the entire two universes together which is sweet.

But there was several things that really didn't make any sense at all with the development you made and your reasoning.

First things first Naruto, Trained 2 and half years non-stop in trying to master the Roukushi meaning he's got to have lots of focus and strength. Through this he learned obviously to control his emotions to a higher degree, when i read the part where Naruto had tears in his eyes just because of him probably failing the bell test just annoyed me a lot and it didn't stop there, everyone that read the entire fic knows. He's to Damm emotional for someone that trained 2 and half years in controlling them.

Second Hinata, WTF it took her two months to actually make her stop being a stuttering mess and became a confident ninja with a better control on her emotions than Naruto and the bull shit about Hinata just forgetting about her crush for Naruto, everyone knows you didn't just for the Hina/Sasu.
I don't mind it but come one three weeks and Sasuke watching her naked is enough for the two of them to feel love for each other ?

Three Bloodlust, to be honest I don't really care so much about it but here when your trying to write a character who wants to do good yet seems to want to kill his enemy's in any instance is just proof of how unstable his emotions are, I get Gaara but the rest of killing anyone standing on his way is just a tad bit exaggerated.

Now the good things

First It's great seeing how you're turning Naruto's image to Rob Luccis just don't copy they're personalitys

Second his reaction in chapter 9 was Fucking beautiful completely amazing and spot on keep that because it will make the plot a whole lot more interesting because of how things are Kurama is perhaps the only one who can tell him the truth.

Hope you have luck on rewriting this great fic and hope to read it soon

I so far am only 3 chapters in and I love the story. Good plot and character development. Maybe a bit rushed at some parts, but the time shifts were good. Along with how he doesn't have ALL the powers down by the time he is genin.
