Wow, this was really good! There was good sense of humor, everything was connected and I like the twists you did here. I didn't expect for Ace come but when he did, I was happy. A lot. This is the first what if story I actually enjoyed reading. I like the idea of Luffy getting sick instead of Nami. And that's right, Sanji, be careful what you wish for! XD Overall, great story! Keep it up! :D
