I loved this so much I read it in one sitting. I loved how you really showed Dick and Tim's relationship as brothers in this. I also loved the dialouge and description.

The most disgusting part, is how Damian wasn't part of Bruce's speech in there at all. The way they wrote Bruce was criminal. That writer should have been fired and shunned by the whole comic community for the atrocities he committed to the Batfamily. Alfred went from being bad ass, to a pathetic excuse of a sycophant, and Bruce became a monster who shouldn't have been allowed near any of his "children". He's the worst parent in comics, despite the excessive number of kids they've given him over the years (because every writer seems to believe they need to give him a new one, instead of just writing for the ones he has.)

That Alfred went with the grown man who's completely healthy, instead of staying with the poor son who just had BRAIN SURGERY, and is expected to look after two boys who hate each other, while their "father" faffs about with the stupidest plan ever created in the history of batman says so much about Alfred. I really came to lose so much respect that I had for him during this period. He became so wedged up Bruce's ass, he neglected every single other one of his charges. He kicked the boys out of their home, allowed a CHILD to be essentially abandoned, just so his Brucie could escape the life, he dragged his sons into. He never once spoke out against Bruce's treatment of the boys. Never defended any of them, or objected to how the man treated them. He enabled Bruce's neglect and bad parenting.

I don't get what Dick had to apologize for. Damian needed being Robin more than Tim. It was Dick's to give away. Tim was too old to be Robin any more, it was time for him to MOVE ON.

The little demon is exasperating at times, but he's quickly becoming my favorite behind Bruce/Clark and Conner/Tim :)
There are times I want to reach in and shake him and tell him to snap out of it, but he always manages to do that on his own...smart kid! :) Definitely Bruce's child (haha)
