The story is really good and I'm enjoying the premise of Korra taking the place of Aang. I was a bit sad to see Katara get kidnapped like that. I'm definitely looking forward to Korra's interaction with Toph, as they are both pretty hardheaded.

My only critique is that the cursing is really out of place and doesn't fit the personality of any of the characters. Getting rid of them altogether would be my suggestion, as they dont add to the dialogue and really breaks otherwise very well written dialogue and narrative descriptions.

Even having Zhao curse like he did seems out of place, as he's actually very well mannered and tactful, and only loses his temper under specific conditions as demonstrated in the show's Agni Kai. Also, having Zhao lusting after Katara just seemed out of nowhere and there could be better ways to portray any negative qualities he may have. It seems really forced.

Besides that, though, the story is very good and I hope you continue it.

Please update soon! This story is really good so far, and the plot is amazing! Even though you've only posted 9 chapters Ive become a huge Sokka/Korra shipper. I know its hard to get motivated when writing a story, but if you try to update at least once every month or so this story will probably be one of the best Avatar the last Airbender fics out there!
