NOOOOOO, I finally caught up with the story. :( Kind of sad, seeing as I want to read more, but also refreshing to finally have some dopamine flooding through my brain. It's making me want the next chapter even more then i already did and the waiting only works to strengthen that feeling. Thanks GKOS for continuing the Guilty Crown story. I'm currently one of the fans that's blinded by the almost baseless sense of hope that "There could be another season to Guilty Crown, just wait another year. Don't give up yet!" This story has helped decrease the pain of waiting for a second season. My question to you is, are you basing your story off only the anime or are you including facts from things like the game Guilty Crown: Lost Christmas, and some of the Japanese books IE Guilty Crown:Princess Deadpool or Dancing Endlaves? Seeing as I can't read Japanese yet, I haven't looked at the Guilty Crown books too closely but i was just wondering if you had. Keep up the good work man, Im rooting for you. GANBARU TOMADOCHI

Alright I'm going to make this very clear. I am IN LOVE with your fic and I am now waiting patiently for the next chapter. Personally, ever since I found this just a days ago, reading it has inspired me to reach new heights as an author. The writing, while requiring a bit of proofreading and grammar check, is really fucking great considering you thought this out thoroughly. The grammar and spelling corrections are just nitpicks, because the overall premise is INCREDIBLE. I hope you do update soon, as it is now going to be a full year without an update as I am writing this. To think that this dates 7 years ago is nothing short of impressive to me. I may not be a good writer yet, but I thank you from the bottom of my heart that you inspired me to achieve greater heights. Anything more than 10k words per chapter is just mind blowing to me. Thanks to your work, my love for Guilty Crown was reignited with a blazing passion, and I hope that I may be able to achieve this greatness.

I never thought that I'd have to make an account, given that I already had written what I wanted to earlier. But if i had reviewed under a different name, then please know that I had reviewed your story earlier, but now I find that one review is not quite enough.
I had only read upto, like, chapter 25 or something back then, so I had barely even begun to really understand this plot. But now that I managed to catch up all the way to chapter 39, i think it's safe to say that you had put a whole lot of effort into this project of yours. I think that I saw someone saying on Discord that you had been writing this for the past six years or something. I think that is highly commendable and I give to a well deserved applause.

Okay, I'm getting off topic *cough cough*
What I wanted to say was that you, according to me, managed to grasp the characteristics of literally all the characters. I could feel that the actions you wrote for a character, never felt, well, out of character. I cannot even begin to imagine how much thought must have gone into writing this kind of stuff. I, personally, feel good to see where this plot is headed to. Especially the reunion of Inori and Shu.
And I think it's going to get darker, if I'm not wrong.
But one weird thing is that your wordings for describing Yuu makes me feel like he's a 35-ish year old man, I don't know. And I thought that Yuu actually looked a lot younger in the anime, so I literally did not correctly see who this "older" dude was for a LONG time (I guess that is on me lol).
Your writing style has had subtle changes that don't stand out, but still makes the story feel differently written towards the later chapters.
Truth be told, I have heard of (and may or may not have even read) several fanfictions that were bad (either of writing style, grammar, or just straight up fucked) and those had made quite the impression. But ignoring those, this is the first "fanfic" fanfic that I have ever read, and it turned out to be impressive, and I'm sure of that! (Hehe you took my fanfic virginity I'm sry)
And I'm not saying that just to get on your good side (okay, maybe a little bit) but honestly this is a great read, and I would definitely recommend this.
Case in point, if you have someone close who you can trust, like a friend or a relative who are also an otaku, (if they aren't then force GC down their throat or something idk) and then let them in on your plot (just make sure that they won't leak it) and then just ask them if they'd like writing this story with you. Sure the style of writing may change, but hey, you can always change it to your style. Best of all, you don't even have to pay them, 'cause they're an acquaintance!
NOTE: This may work only if they immensely respect and like you, or they just really loved GC and are happy for you carrying on the legacy. Or the fact that they are kinda dependablanon those scenarios and you're holding them at knifepoint.
I don't mind any changes in the writing style, as long as the story is yours. But hey, that choice is yours to make. Not mine.

So I guess this is where my review ends. I know it's kind of abrupt, but I never know how to end these kinds of things (then again, I never was all that great in english). I feel great after writing this, it's like a load off of my shoulders. I really look forward to the upcoming chapters, knowing that chapter 40 and onwards might be absolute BANGERS.
I also really want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for going out of your way to write fanfics (im not smiling your smiling) and I honestly have a lot of respect and admiration for you.
Your imagination and creativity (same thing, right?) are of great calibre and I'm sure you will do great things in your future projects.

Okay, first of all, I just discovered this series through a comment on gogoanime, like, two days ago. A comment on a nine-year-old anime. I was supposed to watch that a LONG time ago.
Anyways, I'm sorry if this review is a tad too long, but your story is very good. WAY better than any fanfic (believe me, I've seen things) and seeing the story develop like this really satisfied me after that sad ending of GC. I know that this review must be a smaller one among the many that are much better, I would like to just say that I loved your work that you put into this and I really hope to read much more of this.
I could ramble on literally fangirling on this fanfic (im a boy) but I would hate to waste your time.
