Really great! I would only add more facial expressions, if you were looking for something to improve. Otherwise, I wish there was a sequel!

I'm not a Red/Cricket fan, I prefer cannon, but this is by far, a great story. Well written too, and not just like-BAM! Kiss and date! But a growing relationship no? :-)

Nice work! I liked how you showed the importance of her morning runs, the dock itself, and having Pongo present. It was an interesting narrative, and including the bit about Emma when she was running for sheriff was a nice flashback. :) All in all, good characterization as well.

I only wish that Pongo had scented Archie out! Especially being so close to the docks.

Ok you almost got me crying at the end there. Very well writen, and in character. Hmm Archie/Ruby, never thought about that one. I really like it
